Privacy notice.
This notice explains, in plain language, what information this website collects, why we collect it, how we handle it, and the choices available to you.
Effective date: July 29, 2026
Scope and who operates this site
This site is operated by Navora Social. This notice applies to the Navora Social website at navorasocial.com and to inquiries submitted through it. It does not cover the separate agreement and systems that govern a signed client engagement, or the practices of any third-party website or platform you reach from a link here.
Information we collect
- Identifiers and contact details you submit: name, work email, and, if you choose to provide them, phone number and website.
- Business or professional details: company name, current social platforms, goals, services of interest, timeline, and investment range.
- Inquiry content: anything you write in the additional context field.
- Routine device, network, and security information generated by ordinary site and hosting operations, such as IP address, browser and device type, request timestamps, and server or security logs. We also derive a one-way hashed value from the requesting IP address to enforce spam and rate-limiting controls on the inquiry form.
- Preference data stored in your own browser so the site can remember your privacy choices.
Where the information comes from
We collect information directly from you when you complete the strategy-call form or contact us by email or phone. A limited amount is collected automatically through the necessary operation of the site and its hosting and security infrastructure. Your privacy preferences are stored locally in your browser rather than collected by us.
Why we use it
- To review and evaluate your inquiry and determine whether we are a fit.
- To respond to you and to prepare for and hold a strategy call.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot this website.
- To detect and prevent spam, abuse, and fraudulent submissions.
- To keep ordinary business records and to meet legal obligations.
- To administer an engagement if we begin working together, which is then governed by the separate written service agreement rather than this website notice.
Communications you receive
When you submit an inquiry, the details are stored in this site's database and sent by email to our inquiry contact, and a confirmation email with your reference number is sent to the address you provided. Submitting the form authorizes the communications reasonably necessary to respond to and schedule your request. It does not subscribe you to marketing, newsletters, or promotional messaging.
Cookies and similar technologies
This site currently uses essential technologies only: what is needed to serve and secure the site and to remember your privacy preferences in your browser's local storage. Optional analytics and marketing categories are off by default, and no analytics tool, advertising pixel, session replay tool, or marketing tracker is currently connected. You can review or change your choices at any time using the control in the site footer, and you can clear or block browser storage and cookies through your browser's own settings. If we ever connect an optional technology, it will load only after the matching category is permitted, and this notice will be updated first.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
No third parties are intentionally enabled to collect information about your activity across different websites through this site. Traditional "Do Not Track" browser signals are not standardized across the industry, so this site does not respond to them in a uniform way. We do detect the Global Privacy Control signal: when your browser or extension sends it, optional analytics and marketing categories are forced off and cannot be turned on, and we do not override the signal.
How we disclose information
We disclose information only as needed to run the business: to hosting, database, email delivery, and security service providers that operate this website and route inquiries to us on our behalf and under instructions limiting their use of the information; to professional advisers such as counsel or accountants where relevant; and where required by law or legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of our systems. If the business is ever involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of all or part of its assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction, and it would remain subject to a notice at least as protective as this one. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention
We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary for the conversation it relates to, any services you request, ordinary business and financial records, security and abuse prevention, resolution of disputes, and legal obligations. We review what we hold periodically and remove what is no longer needed. Copies may persist for a limited time in routine backups or where a legal or record-keeping obligation requires retention. Your privacy preference record stays in your browser until you change it or clear your browser storage.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the limited information this site handles. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be completely secure, so please do not send sensitive, confidential, or regulated information through the contact form.
California privacy rights
To the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act or other California privacy law applies to Navora Social, California residents may have the right to know or access the personal information collected about them, to request correction of inaccurate information, to request deletion, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not seek to collect sensitive personal information through this site. Regardless of whether statutory thresholds apply to us, we will consider reasonable access, correction, and deletion requests about information you submitted here.
How to submit a request
Email brooke@navorasocial.com or call or text 949-685-5865. So we can respond accurately, we may ask you to confirm details that match what was submitted, such as the email address used in your inquiry, and we use that information only to verify the request. An authorized agent may make a request on your behalf with written permission we can verify. There is no fee for a request unless a fee is permitted and we explain it to you first.
Children
This website is intended for business audiences. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as the site or our practices change. The effective date above reflects the current version, and we will provide conspicuous notice on this page for material changes.
